In order to create institutional links that would strengthen their international program, VTS used its grant to design a program of carefully organized visits by VTS delegations to institutions in parts of the world that send them, or might send them, students. The school funded twelve faculty members to make three visits in groups of four. The grant also helped provide additional training and orientation that the groups required.
